At Jewels By Ayana, we craft and curate jewellery with care, precision, and love. Your satisfaction means everything to us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make things right.
7-Day Refund for Damaged Products
We offer a 100% refund if the product you received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
- A refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage are required for verification.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate your refund, simply email us at support@jewelsbyayana.com (or your email):
Please include:
- Order ID
- Registered name & contact number
- Photos/videos of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and update you on the next steps.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Replacement Option
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund?
We can arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be offered if:
- Damage is reported after 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product shows signs of use or mishandling.
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
- The request is based on change of mind, style preferences, or size/fit issues (as jewellery sizes are standard).
- The item is part of a clearance or final sale.
